I took my two year old niece for a cone tonight before the parade, and after she waited patiently in line for a half hour and we were ready to order, they said everyone had to go outside to order. Everyone who was behind us got in front of us, so we had to leave. Ridiculous, disorganized, and they clearly don't care about their customers. It's not good anymore, anyway, so not worth the time. I will not go back. Go to coldstone instead.March 25, 2017
