  I honestly wish I could rate this negative stars, I hate it so much. I've gotten the same this almost every other week for 2.5 years, and they ALWAYS manage to screw up mine or someone else's. Who the heck SLAPS PEANUT BUTTER ONTO THE HOT CHOCOLATE AND DOESN'T EVEN MIX IT, THEN LIES. How disgusting.
  Then a pecan caramel cluster blizzard.
  We should have gotten it free. The lady refused to tip it over because there was indeed, "too much caramel on it to tilt it over," So we needed to pay anyway. Wth.
  Then just a single frozen hot chocolate.
  "It's not on the menu. But there is a button for it. And people know how to make it."
  
  Jeesh.
  
  Dairy Creme corner needs to literally wreck this place and make it their own. That will show them how to make ice cream. You stand in that long line, you don't hear ANYBODY complain whatsoever.
