  Food was up to Little Caesars standards, but service was horrible. I have been here many times, and twice in the past week. Over time, the service has only gotten worse. This location rarely has Hot-N-Ready selections hot or ready.
  
  My first visit last week involved the cashier being unable to operate the register: I was charged for the price of my order as well as the order before mine. My card was swiped before I caught the error. Once i pointed it out, he tried to redo the order which came up to the total of my order plus the previous two orders. Another employee came over and fixed the problem and charged my card for the correct amount; I later found on my card statement that the incorrect order was never refunded. I am currently disputing the charge through my credit card.
  
  My second visit involved sitting in the Drive-Thru for 20 minutes for a simple "Hot-N-Ready" order. This is the first location I have seen locally with a Drive-Thru, but apparently having a Drive-Thru is pointless. I would have spent less time by going inside. When I pulled up to the window, I sat there for 5 minutes before anyone came to the window even though 3-4 employees saw that I was there waiting. After I ordered a Hot-N-Ready Pepperoni and Crazy Bread w/ Sauce, I waited 10 minutes before I was handed the Crazy Bread, followed by an additional 5 minutes before they brought the pizza. I was the only vehicle in the drive-thru; another car had pulled up behind me, but decided not to wait.
