  Don't go in with and camper or even a small cargo trailer the parking lot is very small and they have deceiving arrows on the ground making it look like you should go behind the building get to get out but it dead ends. Had to try and get our truck out of there with a cargo trailer. And the road leading to it is full of holes

  This Pilot location is absolutely disgusting. There are countless fruit flies swarming around the coffee area which is a tell-tale sign of a lack of sanitation efforts for multiple days. The checkout lines are unorganized and the two clerks there had an all-around nonchalant and unfriendly attitude. The restroom wasn't horrible, surprisingly, but the fact that the coffee and self-serve food area wasn't any cleaner is inexcusable. Not to mention the condition of the road leading to the storefront is in such horrible shape that it basically looks like Swiss cheese because it's riddled with potholes large enough to nearly stop a full-size truck tire in its tracks. Ride your brakes on this stretch of road or you'll literally damage your vehicle's front end. I realize the road isn't the store's fault or responsibility but if I had a store located there, I'd have to offer complementary chiropractic services.

  Until they fix the road to get into this place it's almost unreachable by normal car. If you're not going 5 miles an hour you can break an axle.

  Absolutely the dumbest set up for a truck stop ever just save your time and keep going north or south if your not in the truck parking area by early evening forget it !!!!!!
