  ****Short Version:
  Food:The food quality was "okay" once, and sub par food the second time.
  Customer Serve: I've had one good customer service experience and one bad one. I would be willing to try this place one last time. ****
  
  Long Version:
  I have been in here just twice and was hoping this would become my go-to pizza spot. The first time, I had a salad which was just okay but my service was awesome. (It's a pizza joint, I wasn't expecting anything special for a salad obviously)
  
  However, at my last visit I went in there at 8:45 and the individual who took my order came off rude and didn't respond when I asked him how his night was. He just looked at me dumbfounded and asked what I wanted. Keep in mind I wasn't welcomed there at all and there was a huge vibe of them being frustrated that I showed up at 8:45 (they close at 9:30) I ordered my food and let him know it would be for "to go", just trying to be helpful and he once again looked at me dumb founded and said "um yeah, we are closing our dining room now.", as if I was a moron for even letting him know where I planned on eating. (I work in the restaurant industry and know how it can be stressful and sometimes annoying when people show up 10-20 minutes before closing, especially trying to eat in the establishment, but as I said earlier, I showed up 45 minutes before closing)
  
  The gentleman that ordered next to me was given a pizza that looked to be all oil and sauce. The 2 workers even joked about the quality without specifically saying it looked unacceptable by one stating to the other, "I already know what you are about to say.", and then laughed. The other worker responded with "yeah, way too much sauce."
  In my opinion, it looked like a bucket of grease was dumped on it. But they didn't fix the issue and served it anyways.
  
  I received my pizza and took it home. While the toppings of my pizza tasted good, none of it(including the sauce) stayed on the pizza dough. On every piece I picked up (and even folded horizontally, and waited for it to cool a bit) the toppings just slid off because of the amount of grease saturating the top. Let me type the word one more time because the 6 other times I typed it wasn't enough: ***Grease**** It probably could've used another few minutes in the oven as well. I ended up picking off and eating 2 pieces worth of pizza toppings and throwing the whole box in the garbage. I felt like I wasted about 14 dollars on grease. The only positive bit of this experience was a 3rd gentleman working there who actually seemed to care and told me to "Have a great night." on my way out.That is the only reason I would ever consider trying this place again.

  Pizza was made quickly! It was awesome!! We had visited the University Ave location before. Love it there as well.
